Ordering Of Products

Orders submitted through this website are subject to acceptance and product availability. The prices shown for products are correct at the time the information was entered, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Goods Availability

Items displayed on our website are in stock unless specifically stated otherwise and we endeavour to despatch your order asap, (usually within a couple of days) however, please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for delivery. Your credit card will only be charged for the goods we are despatching. If Magic Moments has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit card until the day your order is sent to you. Magic Moments will inform you by e-mail at the address you have given during the ordering process.

Acknowledgement of Order

Once your order has been completed and submitted through our secure server, an email will be sent to the email address you have supplied to confirm your order has been received. It will state what you have ordered, the total cost (including VAT and P&P) and invoice number details. Goods Shipped Outside The UK

Returning Goods
