All Orders Are Sent In Plain Discreet Packaging

Please note: Due to the continued cost rises of GUARANTEED next day delivery, we have removed this service and will offer only standard delivery until further notice.
Nobody will know what you have ordered because there are no markings on the package as to what it contains. Your order is sent in strong plain discreet padded packaging.

Royal Mail terms and conditions do require that we include our return address in case of non delivery, this is shown as MM Enterprises, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 9HX and no other wording is shown to ensure your complete discretion and confidentiality.

Packaging Examples

Special padded bags are used for smaller items and we use strong plain boxes for larger orders.

The larger protective boxes use special high density material that resists tearing, splitting and ripping.

Heavy duty tape is used to seal all packages to ensure total protection and privacy.

Delivery Time

Orders paid by Credit Card are usually despatched same day. Orders paid by cash(sent registered post only for your safety) are also usually sent same day. Orders paid for by cheque require cheque clearance before your order is despatched.We are advised by our bank to allow 5 to 7 working days for cheque clearance.

Option 1: Standard Delivery

Our standard shipping is £3.95 (free for orders over £30) sent by Royal Mail. We constantly monitor delivery times which average between 2 to 5 days according to Royal Mail guidelines.

Option 2: 1st Class Delivery

(CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE) Our 1st Class shipping is £4.95 and sent by Royal Mail. This speedier service is 1 to 2 days according to Royal Mail guidelines.

Option 3: Next Day Delivery Option For Urgent Orders

(CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE) We also offer an optional upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for £9.95. Orders received by us Mon-Thu BEFORE 2PM and Fri BEFORE NOON will arrive the next working day (subject to items being in stock). We advise you phone 07809 258127 to check stock availability first. Next Day Delivery Orders received after the above deadlines will take an additional day. Saturday delivery is also available, please call to arrange this.
