How To Return An Item
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from us. If an item is unsuitable when you receive it, provided it is returned in accordance with distance selling rights as detailed below in its original packaging and hygiene stickers are unbroken and not tampered with, we will be happy to refund the item.
We take hygiene and your safety as a top priority. Where an item has it's hygiene seal broken, these items cannot be exchanged, refunded or credited unless faulty.
Whilst we will deal with returned items as quickly as possible, please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for returned products. When returning any product please give your full name, address, post code, and your reason for return.
Also, please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as this will be required by us, in the event of non-receipt of your returned items. Our sex toy recycling information can be found here.
